Radio Horton will take volunteers from the age of 16 to retirement, and beyond!

We are sorry but as a voluntary organisation we are unable to take on work experience persons.

If you have sometime to spare and an interest in radio. Hospital Radio Horton would like to hear from you. We always welcome new members, whether to present programmes or help in any way as part of the Radio Horton setup.

Not every member of Radio Horton is a programme presenter. There are many behind-the-scenes jobs essential to keep the station up and running. These include request collecting and fund-raising at our weekly outside cash bingo or our summer and (occasional) winter roadshows.

REQUEST TIME

Would the job of request collector appeal to you? Each of the three programmes has a team of ward visitors so that patients can chat to them and ask for a favourite record personally.

BINGO ENTHUSIASTS

HRH urgently requires Bingo devotees! If you are free to assist at our weekly cash bingo session on Monday evening at Banbury's Woodgreen Leisure Centre, which raises cash for both the station and the hospital. We would be delighted to hear from you.
