On this weeks Live At Three, Liz MaCleod spoke with Su Appleton Plows from The Voices Reunion Choir about their upcoming performance at St. Mary’s Church in Banbury which takes place on Saturday 5th December at 7:30pm.

Su also informed listeners about a recently founded charity, “People Like Me“. People Like Me is being set up by Stephi Underdown who 3 years ago was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Stephi is setting up the charity to raise money to help other young adults with a blood cancer diagnosis to help them to retain independence and also with the financial burden associated with the disease.
The Concert will feature music from The Voices, Black Velvet, The Fourtune Cookies, the 5Ways barbershop chorus, Maggie Davies, David Smith, Stephi Underdown and Helen Coad.
Proceeds from the Concert will be donated to both St. Mary’s Church and People Like Me.
The concert is kindly being recorded by Radio Horton member, Graham Rousell and will be broadcast on Radio Horton for those who weren’t able to be there. Details of the broadcast will publicised on our website and social media channels so be sure to subscribe for details!
